The booking can be cancelled 1 Day Before The Arrival without any charge. Penalty will be applied just in case of cancellation later than 24 hours before the arrival or in case of no-show. In case of early departure it will be charged 30% of the rest of the stay. Prepaid/ Not Refundable rooms: charge will be done at the moment of the confirmation of booking. In case of cancellation you will be charged for the amount of the entire stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
