• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: until 02,00 pm.
  Check-out: before 12,00 am.
  
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast included in room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Better on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors, 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our hotel is completely immersed in its own park: that's why the rooms are very quiet. They are also private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  1 JSuite and 1 room have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  1 room has a little balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have got Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are air-conditioned. It is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes in the lounge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  One open air swimming pool not heated.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In a short time and on request a rented car can be at your disposal at our hotel.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  65km, 130km, 15km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "G. Galilei" Pisa 15 km far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but on request a taxi can reach our hotel in 10 minutes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 200 metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca's one at 3km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Little ones, but not at our restaurant and by the pool.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
