• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: between 04.00 pm and 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price indicated is per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  50% has to be paid at the moment of booking. The balance of 50% is due one month before arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  On ground or first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments have private gardens and some a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Only "Casa del Fattore" has a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.\
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the pool is located in a very nice part of the garden, shared by both houses.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented in Siena and Chiusi (nearest train station on the main link between Florence and Rome).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The village of Vivio d´Orcia has a small supermarket, as wella s a butcher and baker.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 147 km, Siena 55 km, Pisa 251 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The village of Vivo d´Orcia can be reachedin 4 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia airport 108 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Vivo D'Orcia.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest and most convenient train station is Chiusi at 32 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The house has a telephone to which you can also attach your computer jack for sending and receiving emails.
