This mansion, a summer residence of the owners, may on request be leased year-round, as it is equipped with a central heating system. It is a perfect solution for whoever likes living in the countryside without neglecting the comforts of modern life. The salons fronting direct on a private garden are very homey, and the large living room in the first story induces a pleasing feeling of relaxation, thanks also to the presence of a fireplace. All of the four bedrooms have private bathrooms, and the windows, overlooking the Chianti hillside, offer unforgettable views.
The Villa has 10 hours of maid service included.

It is really nice to spend holidays in this spacious apartment on the second floor of the Villa features terracotta floors, lounge with coffered ceiling and nineteenth century wall decorations all making for an extremely pleasant environment. The three bedrooms, two of which are communicating, are very comfortable and there is a splendid view of Radda, perched on the hillside opposite.

This apartment on the second story of the villa is accessible via two sets of old stairs. From up there one admires the landscape of the entire Chianti hillside as far as the eye can reach. The apartment is furnished with old family pieces that make it very cosy and charming. The two bedrooms are large and comfortable, floors are tiled with old terra cotta, exposed beams show from the ceilings, an old terra cotta stove recalls past heating systems, and the kitchen accommodates four persons.

Farmhouse of the 16th century built in local stone, adjacent to the villa and very close to the swimming pool. At one side of the building there is a garden, grown with typical vegetation of the Mediterranean shrub-land (lavender, santolina, rosemary, etc.). Two of the three apartments front on a small private garden where it is nice to spend hours of rest in the green.
This apartment is located on the ground floor of the cottage and is connected through a French door to a small, cool private garden equipped for enjoyable outdoor meals. Bedrooms are painted in pastel colours, and the fireplace in the living room will make you feel "at home".
