Thanks to Viviana and Paolo, it was like staying with family! The other guests were all very friendly and interesting to talk to. It was like Viviana hand-picked them!

There was a huge variety of restaurants, cafes, etc. within very easy walking distance. We took fairly long day trips every day and we enjoyed taking a leisurely walk to and from dinner each day. The beach was also a very short walk.

It was like staying with one of your relatives who owned a beautiful seaside villa!

Very clean, exceptional service, very friendly & welcoming. Good location can easily visit Lucca, Pisa, Siena, the mountains. Viviana also has a wealth of knowledge of places you can visit and also restaurants to eat in.

room had everything - including a kettle & tea and coffee - none of the other 5 we stopped at did, also we were given FREE use of bicycles.

As soon as we rung the bell at the end of the drive Vivianna was out to greet us. We received excellent service from time of arrival to departure.

Viviana and Paolo have excellent tourist information knowledge and supplied us with maps and details of local attractions. The rooms were well equipped with tea coffee etc. The free chilled mini bar was an added bonus, as were the crisps and snacks.
The roof terrace has wall to wall sunshine. The pool was spotless.
Fresh produce from the local farm delivered each morning ensuring lots of fresh hand picked fruit and also fresh eggs.
Amazing choice of food at breakfast.

Very pleasant. Viviana offered to make us sandwiches for our homeward journey. She supplied us with directions to the airport ensuring we did nt get lost.

Comfortable, friendly house with a nice swimming pool. Good breakfast. Rather out of the commercial part of the town and therefore a good walk to any reataurant.

we felt very welcome. Mme Viviana provided us with all kinds of extra's

warm and friendly, we felt very welcome. better than any hotel I've been to in the aria and much cheaper than any of these 4 star hotels. We liked the surroundings of the villa and the quietness.
