• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm or by appointment, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The house have two floors: ground, first (the rooms)
  second solarium.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are private and quiet rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Gold, Green and Pink rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the property is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Satellite TV with remote control in all the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning but there are electric fans on the ceiling (with remote control) included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining room, facing the garden and the pool, where we can serve breakfast.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is, it is open from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:30.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby in Viareggio.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery stores and supermarkets are available near the house.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 80 km, Siena at about 120 km and Pisa at 30 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Pietrasanta at about 3 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have, but we can arrange extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Walking distance in Marina di Pietrasanta.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pietrasanta.
• How far away is the beach?
  350 meters walking distance.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both of them.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not, but you can from the internet office.
