 Villa Viviana is a bed and breakfast well located in a spacious garden, completely immersed in a green and nice area. It boasts a comfortable and new accommodation just a short stroll from the sea and the beach. Every morning we serve a good buffet breakfast in our breakfast room, so that you can begin very well your day in Tuscany.

 The property has a spacious garden, where you can relax, plus the possibility to use a swimming pool.
It is well equipped with umbrellas and sun beds; so that you can sun bathe and swim during your free time if you do not want go to the sea.
A small, but fully equipped library is situated in the house, so that during your free time, you can relax reading a book.
In an attempt to give full satisfaction to our guests, we make available to them some cell phones with private phone numbers. We have also recently opened an open bar on the terrace where our guests will enjoy the aperitif time: tasting local wines, nibbling peanuts and little snacks while relaxing under the terrace umbrellas will surely become a holiday ritual! |

 Thanks to its position Villa Viviana is the right bed and breakfast accommodation, where you can spend a really nice and lovely stay in Tuscany. You will be close to the beach and to the sea, with all kind of facilities, just to spend an interesting and pleasant during summer time. The house is located in Marina di Pietrasanta, one of the smallest and liveliest villages of the coast. Restaurants, bars, good cafes and discos are located long the coast, where you can have fun with your friends or your family. You can visit Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, few km from Pietrasanta, where you can find some nice shops. If you are coming with your private car or if you can rent it, we suggest to discover the beauty of some of the most famous towns of our region. Pisa and Florence are easy to reach and they are well connected also by train. |
