• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: before 4:00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10:00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the whole villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we do not serve breakfast but we offer you a fully equipped kitchen for self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Villa has two floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are very private and even have their own en suite bathroom.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We can provide lines and towels upon request and it costs 5 euro each person for the linen and 3 euros each person for the towels set.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but they have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, one of our rooms have a private balcony and the living room upstairs has its own panoramic balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Since we only rent the whole villa, it is up to you to decide either to smoke or not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite television set.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning but it is really not necessary since the Villa is in the middle of the pinewood forest, the temperature is pretty mild the whole year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room with a table that can fit up to 12 people and a smaller one in the kitchen area.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the swimming pool will be opened from May the 10th to November the 1st.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is ample parking is available in the garden.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in:
  -CECINA, (25 km from Sassetta)
  -PIOMBINO, (25 km from Sassetta)
  -DONORATICO,(10 km from Sassetta)
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, you can find it at Sassetta's village, 800 meters from the Villa.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are and we can advise you on where to go.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 165 km far, Siena is 112 km far and Pisa is 70 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Sassetta, which is 800 meters far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Pisa (70 km far).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Sassetta.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Donoratico (10 km far).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but we can reconmend you alot of nice restaurants nearby, please ask us when you check in.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
