- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included for the rooms. Any kind of breakfast on request. We suggest our genuine food from our gardens and estate. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are three floors and no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are quiet, private and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Rooms are all non-smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
TV is in all the rooms, on request. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Air conditioning is only in the meeting room, with no extra charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
The outdoor swimming pool is open from April to October. It is panoramic and it has hydromassage points. Water can be heated if the weather gets cold. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking is available. - Where can we rent a car?
We can arrange it for guests. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There is a typical grocery store in front of the Villa. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Vineyards are in our own estate. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence: 15 Km

The airport of Florence, about 15 Km from the Villa. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?

The nearest bus-stop (bus to Florence) is 100 m from the Villa. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Florence Santa Maria Novella. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
