 Our renaissance kitchen is open for breakfast, serving natural produce made on the estate and by local producers. It is also available for a lightsnack, upon request. The traditional cuisine, the wholesome foods produced by the Azienda Agricola and doing justice to its native land, the array of services aimed at satisfying our customers' professional needs (training and conference rooms, telephone, fax and internet services, etc..) discretion, the courtesy of the well-qualified staff, and the stunning backdrop of the Chianti hills all make the Villa perfect for exclusive work meetings or for simply regenerating lost energy. |
 Our five drawing rooms - one for smokers - are set aside for the privileged guests to allow a personalized, unique and unforgettable stay to be wholly enjoyed.
Villa Talente is already the international training centre for the Enolea beauty products range, and has set itself the target of also becoming a well-being centre by the end of 2004.
Meetings: Finally, a fully-equipped (with video-player, television, overhead projector and internet) conference room enables meetings to be held for up to 25 persons; an intimate Chapel welcomes those wishing to pray or meditate. |
 Gardens:
- The first is lawn and includes numerous hundred-year-old cypresses, creating a perfect backdrop for such a country house. The owners' chapel, its sacristy, crypt and courtyard with loggia is also overlooking this garden.
- The second garden can be found downhill and is a typically Italian terraced one. Here one can find many blooming examples of potted lemon trees. This south-facing garden - therefore very sunny - is a right fitting for the Villa's elegant facade. |
 Our Products
A historically extraordinary oil
The Villa Talente DOP extra virgin olive oil does justice to its beloved Tuscany and has been deemed a great and very rare product that should be savoured and appreciated with the due respect. Fortunately, new EU laws now allow a better distinction to be made between an ordinary oil and a prized one. The Tuscan IGP ("Protected Geograghical Indication") label is a result of this legislation. The label not only guarantees pressing locally but also where the olives come from. The DOP ("Protected Origin") category sts atop this quality pyramid and Villa Talente has earnet the right to display this mark after just 3 years.

 The harmonius exaltation of the grape
Our earth gives nothing away for free, but it does reward commitment, effort and perseverance more than satisfactorily. One of the heights of expression of our grapes lies in the exaltation of the distilled must to create a crystal-clear grappa with a smooth, balanced taste. We use our best quality pomace, which is distilled in an alambic pot-still. This centuries-old process is performed locally to give an entirely Tuscan product. |
 Tradition a unique process
The skilled cultivation of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Malvasia grapes, hand-harvesting and pruning, expertise in the wine-making process following traditional recipes, the enthusiasm of those committed to their trade, the revival of procedures par excellence such as the 'governing' of the wine... All these have yielded - besides the right to display the prestigious Gallo Nero mark - a range of wines that are as generous and assertive as the soil they come from. |

| Being able to look forward, in respect of ancient rules. True to the essence of its Renaissance origins, Villa Talente expertly and harmoniously combines modern discoveries with time-tested traditional methods in the ancient art of wine and oil production in the caring attention it gives to its wine cellars and jar stores. The estate stretches out over five hectares and faces south. In 1999, the new owner to the estate set himself the goal of reinstating the art, savoir-fare and excellent reputation of its historically famous produce. And so the Azienda Agricola Villa Talente agricultural concern exists once again, reviving centuries of tradition and enriching this with the most avant-garde biotechnology. |
