• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 pm until 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 09.30 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price but it is available upon request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our building has 4 floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Every apartment is quite and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Every apartment is provided with linen and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The villa has an open terrace where guests can have breakfast.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every apartement is provided with TV. In the villa there is a Sat/TV only in the first and last flat of the tower.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not but a mobile-phone is available upon request.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not but you can dine all together in the wide open terrace.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not an Internet Point but you can surf from your apartement with your own laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimminig pool (10x5 mt) in the garden is open from may until october.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a large private parking for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible to rent a car at Florence and Pisa airport or in Empoli.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Supermarkets and little shops are very close to Villa Somelli (the nearest one is 1 km far away).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, in the surroundings you can find vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 20 minutes away from Villa Somelli, Pisa 50 and Siena 40.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pozzale is the nearest village(1 km).
  Empoli and Montelupo(2 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Florence (Amerigo Vespucci international airport).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Pozzale.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Empoli and it is well connected with all the major Tuscan cities.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is not a fitness center in the property, but you can find a very famous one close to us.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is not a restaurant in the property, but we have an agreement with a very good restaurant in Empoli named " Cafè de l'Academia" .
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your modem from your apartement with your own laptop.
