  Check-in: from 2 pm to 6 pm.
  Check-out: from 8 am to 11 am.

  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  For short period (less than one week), heating is included. For one week or more it is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, absolutely.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but only Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
