All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

No, breakfast is not included. - Is heating included in the price?
No, heating is not included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
No, because we have to receive the balance upon the arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floor. We don't have an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
