The Villa offers a panoramic swimming pool (6x12). The swimming pool is dipped in green and encircled from olive trees. The campaign and the forest that encircle the entire property allow several and healthy walks dipped in the beautiful show of the Tuscany nature.
Several facilities can be supplied (under client request and not included in the price): |

- Musical evenings and dancing, with piano bar, karaoke music and typical "musicanti e cantastorie" from Tuscany (For this service is necessary to book with a warning of 2 months at least). |
 - Lesson of High Tuscany Gastronomy (for groups of 10 members at least.
On request: laundry, Internet point, mountain bikes rent, art-therapy sessions, concerts of classic and jazz music, purchasing of home produced Tuscan olive oil. |

 "Villa San Mario" is well served from a public city bus that connects directly with Prato downtown and the railway station. On walking distance, a shopping center that offers all the services of base like bank, hair-dresser service, supermarket, laundry facilities, etc. Close to the Villa one beautiful Church of the thousand called "PIEVE SAN PIETRO" in the fraction of FIGLINE, offers not only one fascinating visit to the adjacent same Church but also to the old and fascinating museum. Few kilometres from the Villa it is possible to take a walk in the ancient town of Prato, famous in the world to have in order before devised the production of woven woollen fabric regenerates from old dresses. Between old monuments and ancient churches we want to remember the Prato's Cathedral (Duomo) above all for the famous pulpit of "Donatello" and the "Castello dell'Imperatore" perfectly conserved and integrated with the current modern town. The short distance with the town of Florence (km 10) and the adjacent wine area of the "Chianti" offers great opportunities of interesting tourist visits. VILLA S. MARIO is also close to PISTOIA (approx. 10 km), medieval town of fascinating and ancient public squares, to approx. 15 km from MONTECATINI, famous Thermal town that attract visitors from all the world, to approx. 35 kilometres from LUCCA, ancient medieval town rich of culture and splendour and encircled from its famous medieval walls. Lucca is not far from the "VAL DI NIEVOLE" places of fantastic renaissance Villas. For sea lovers, with a distance of no more than 70 km of freeway, we would like to remind you the splendid "VERSILIA" with equipped kilometres of white clean sand beach. As pearls of our Versilia, we want to strongly remember "Viareggio" with the famous shopping promenade on the sea, full of boutiques and structures in liberty style of the begin of xx century and the beautiful "FORTE DEI MARMI" place of encounter of the international jet set. Not far from Viareggio, we recommend you the famous in the world town of Pisa with picturesque hanging Tower and the beautiful "Piazza dei Miracoli". We also would like to encourage you to visit small towns and the Tuscany countries less known where get an individual loaded with local history and traditions. From all the alleles of our Tuscany, also the more remote and disowned, an ancient splendour of traditions emerges in all of its splendour and still today remains intact anchor in the faces and the culture of our people.
