Located in the area south of Montalcino, about 8 km from the main part of the town, the villa is encircled by its 11 hectares of Sangiovese grapes, all immersed in the peaceful Sienna countryside. The main nucleus of the villa dates back to the year 1100 and has a pretty little chapel annexed to it. |

From Florence: Florence - Siena road, exit Siena Sud, follow the indications to Montalcino (SS2 Cassia) 38 Km.
From Rome: Highway (Autostrada) A1 direction Firenze - Milano and take the exit Chiusi-Chianciano (around 120 Km from Rome). Then follow the road signs to San Quirico d'Orcia and Montalcino.

Take the SS 1 (Via Aurelia) until you reach Grosseto, then turn on the E78 direction Siena and turn again after around 20 Km. direction Paganico, Sant'Angelo Scalo, Montalcino. Before (around 2 km) to get to Montalcino, on your right, you will find a gas station IES, where we should meet and go together to Villa San Filippo. |
