 Located in the area south of Montalcino, about 4 km from the main part of the town, the villa is encircled by its 11 hectares of Sangiovese grapes, all immersed in the peaceful Siena countryside. The main nucleus of the villa dates back to the year 1100 and has a pretty little chapel annexed to it. On the first floor is the dining room which has an old exposed wooden-beamed ceiling. There is also a large fireplace as well and a stainless steel kitchen complete with appliances. |
 Between the two residences, there is a swimming pool which is surrounded by an English-style garden and a gazebo. In the vicinity of this pool there is both a pizza oven as well as a standard barbecue grill. All around the complex is greenery, meticulously taken care of and all at the guests' disposal. |
