• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 6pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.

  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are located at the 1st floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very nice with view on the countryside.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV and CD player.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  Yes the villa is a winery.

  Montalcino at 8 km.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  In Montalcino.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  One apartment has a jacuzzi for 2 persons.
