 Villa San Filippo
On the first floor is the dining room which has an old exposed wooden-beamed ceiling. There is also a large fireplace as well and a stainless steel kitchen complete with appliances. The living room has satellite television and two large, comfortable sofas. Sleeping quarters are separated on two sides, one next to the dining room and the other by the living room. |
 The first and main area is composed of two very spacious double bedrooms which overlook the vineyards and the wheat fields common to the Val d' Orcia area. The rest of this area of the house is dedicated to a bathroom with double sinks and a room which may be used either for an office or small work-out room. The second sleeping area, composed primarily of two bedrooms, has two double bedrooms. Located between these two rooms there is a bathroom with a shower. |
 Le Coste Apartment
This apartment is to the left side of San Filippo. It is accessed by a staircase leading up to a large balcony where one may dine outdoors and enjoy the lovely view overlooking the swimming pool and vineyards. Inside is a large room divided by a modern fireplace set in the centre. |
 There is an area for relaxation with sofas, a television and a dining area. The space lets in a good amount of light and has a view looking out upon the countryside. The bedroom area has a bathroom with a hydro-massage tub and, separately, the toilet and two sinks. A spacious bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. For this apartment is available a children bed. |
 Sant'Antimo Apartment
This apartment is located back the Apt. Le Coste on first floor, and it has a panoramic view of Val D'Orcia. It's equipped with a large balcony where is possible to eat. There are a living room with two sofa and a TV. A kitchen corner (not oven and dishwasher) with a table. Then there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. |
