July-August: 30% not refundable deposit at the moment of booking. For cxl between 29 and 20 days 50% penalty. From 21 days before arrival 100% penalty April-May-September: 15 days before arrival to avoid the 30% of the total booked amount. June: without penalty until 31 days before arrival. For cxl made from 30 to 21 days the 30% from 20 and 11 days the 50% after 3:00 P.M. of 11 days total booked amount No-show and earlier check out always payment of the full stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
