Ground floor rooms give directly onto the garden and the swimming pool. |
 Hanging in each room is an original painting _ created specially for Villa Roma Imperiale by Lorenzo Lazzeri _ on the theme of the seashore. Every painting is accompanied by a quotation about the sea taken from the poems of Italian and foreign writers: Gabriele D'Annunzio, Pablo Neruda, Giacomo Leopardi, Giuseppe Ungaretti and Eugenio Montale are some of the selected poets. |
