  Check-in: from 02.00 pm. Check-out: within 11.00 am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground, first and second floor, no lift.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, 4 ground floor rooms have a little private court-yard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, most rooms, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.

  In Arezzo.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Camucia.

  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 80 km, Siena 55 km and Pisa 200 km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Camucia. And in 15 minutes drive one can reach Cortona, where all major facilities is found.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At Farneta Abbey (700 mt from hotel).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Camucia-Cortona.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. But some rooms have a jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, our Restaurant offers the opportunity to taste an excellent, typical Tuscan cooking offering traditional and genuine dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in some rooms.
