• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room or per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room, but the prices of the apartments do not includes breakfast. This can be provided with a small additional cost. We offer a continental breakfest which includes: rolls, pastries, cold meat and cheese, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruits juice, coffee and tea. A simple hot breakfast is also available(scrambled eggs and ham).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Each room has a central heating. In addition there is also air conditioning which can provide heat. The cost of the heating/air conditioning is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, we kindly ask to receive the balance upon the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors, two of our apartments are accessible via pathways from the terrace in front of the house. The top three apartments are entered via short stairway.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms and apartments can be considered "romantic".
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All the beautiful linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has a private space in the large terrace in front of the house.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms/apartments are non-smoking. There are plenty of areas around the farm complex where visitors may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room and apartment have a satellite LCD TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The telephones are not yet installed in our rooms. However you may use our house telephone for important incoming and outgoing calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is provided in all the apartments and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We have a charming large dining room where we serve brakfast or lunch and dinner by request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet and Email point are available by request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a swimming pool 14 metres long located among the olive trees. It is open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car hire firms in Arezzo and at all airports and railway station. For example Europcar and Avis.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a supermarket near 4 km far.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many independent vineyards owned by small local farmers. Arezzo province has many vineyards some taking in the Chianti region and other important wine producing areas.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 60 km far, Siena is 60 km far, Pisa is 130 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The next town is Arezzo, 5 km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence (75 km), then Perugia (70 km) and Rome (200 km ).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we have the transportation from and to the railway station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus station is in the centre of Arezzo, 5 km far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Arezzo Station in the centre of Arezzo, 5 km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, however there are a number of gyms in the town. Here there are various walks and cycling tours our guests can explore
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We serve breakfast. Lunch or dinner by request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, at the moment.
