• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors in the main building and also in the dependence. There is no elevator because it's an ancient building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a big garden outside the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking. The only place where it is allowed to smoke is in the reception area and outside the villa.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air conditioned during summer time. No extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimmingpool is open from May to the middle of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  AVIS and HERTZ companies are only 3 km far. On request, with an extra charge, our reception staff can bring you a rented car.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 60 km far.
  Siena is 90 km far.
  Pisa is only 30 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Lucca is only 5 km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request, with an extra charge, we can arrange the pickup service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in San Lorenzo a Vaccoli village.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station is near the historical centre of Lucca.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  On request special lunch and dinner can be arranged.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
