• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included, as the apartments are a self catering accommodation.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property has 2 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, both the apartments are private, quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, both the apartments have access to a wonderful loggia.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Not yet, but the Villa is an ancient building with a stone wall and on request we have electric fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, a wonderful swimming pool is avaibable in the green and spacious garden, and is open during the summer season.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private and safe garden is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Mercatale.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is only 18 km from the property, 50 km Siena and 70 km Pisa, San Gimignano is 19 km from the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Mercatale Val di Pesa is located only 1 km from the Villa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Mercatale.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not in the property, but there are a lot of delicious restaurant close to the Villa... you are in the Chianti Classico.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
