 Restaurant: Some of the authentic Tuscan meals are served in the ancient wine cellar: here breakfast and dinner are served in a simple yet refined atmosphere. If you prefer you can cook your own meal in our barbecue area. The Villa is the ideal place to celebrate wedding banquet ov event, infact the panoramic terraces can host up to 80 people.
Mountainbike: you can rent a mountain bike to discover the landscape. |
 Vineyards & Olive groves: The Villa is surrounded by olives groves and vineyards: our Chianti wine and extra virgin oil of olive are our main products, all available for purchase.
Sauna: the sauna is located near the swimming pool. The steam is a really Turkish bath, which can assure comfort and relax. |
 Tennis court: It's possible to practice tennis on our own tennis court in a position of absolut privacy.
Swimming Pool: our beautiful swimming pool features a hydro massage, and it is located in a panoramic position surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, offering a unique view over Chianti landscape. |
 Fishing lake: We have a small fishing lake on the grounds complete with fountain, water works, goats, ducks, swans and hens. Here you can relax enjoying the warm sun and the beauty of landscape. We do not hire out fishing equipments.
Zoo: We have a fenced park with animals.
Trekking: there is a lot of trails for hikers around Borgo Casa al Vento. |

Food Shops: The food shops are located in the main street of Gaiole in Chianti. There is a Hypermarket (Ipercoop) at Montevarchi.
Bar: Bar Centrale in Via Ricasoli, which also sells bus-tickets and english newspapers and magazines.
Banks: There are 3 banks in the main street. The bancomat (cash dispensers) accepts Credit Cards.
Chemist: The nearest chemist is located in Via Ricasoli .
Post Office: is located next to the curch.
Petrol: direction to Siena, road S.S. 408.
