The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She not only helped us check in but left us a map with a list of places to see during our stay. We saw thewm all.

Trees are starting to obscure the wonderful site of the surrounding hills from the poool area. This comment isn't intended to be included on the web site, just something the owners should consider.

Villa Fiorenzani was an absolute jewel. Everything was as advertised on the web site. It's nearness to the Radicondoli made the experience better than expected. The town people and shop keepers were very friendly and helpful, even with our awful Italian.

Only problem about the place was the very narrow and steep driveway. We made arrangements to park across the street in the restaurant. I think the good relationship between the property owner and the restaurant owner allowed for this.
