• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-In: from 3 to 6 pm or on request.
  Check-Out: before 10 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per apartment/villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included, because it is self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heathing is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the rest of the amount has to be paid on arrival, see terms and conditions for further information.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is independent and very romantic. Our rooms are peaceful and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  In the villa there is a big garden, gazebo and veranda with beach umbrella, table and chairs for outside eating.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the living room there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Not at the moment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a big dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not at the moment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool is 10 X 5 meters and is for the exclusive use of your family.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private and shady parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Colle Val d'Elsa.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Just 100 m from the villa, in Radicondoli.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many independent vinyards in this area, owned by small local farmers. Siena province has many vinyards some taking in the Chianti region. However, many guests also take charming drive to the Chianti region and other important wine producing areas.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 75 km (47 miles) far, Siena is 40 km (27 miles)far and Pisa is 150 km (94 miles) far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Radicondoli is 50 m far, Colle Val d'Elsa 25 Km, Siena 40 Km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are various airports: Florence (70 km),Pisa (150 km), however both Rome and Bologna airports are each within 2 hours.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not from the airport, but we can arrange to collect passengers from Siena or our local station Poggibonsi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Buses run frequently from Colle Val d'Elsa to Siena and Firenze. A local service to Radicondoli is only 4 times per day.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi (local trains) and Siena (high speed links to Rome, Florence, Milan, Pisa, Bologna etc).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, however there is a SPA (Termal bath) 7 km far.
• Are pets welcome?
  We are delighted to welcome any pets as long as they are well-trained, well-behaved and of reasonable size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can also provide a lunches or dinners upon demand.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
