• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in and Check out are fixed before the arrive. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Yes, the price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italians, French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors without an elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are quite and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, everything is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have TV in the room, but there are not international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but all our Villa is fresh all year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a very beautiful dining room but you can use it only for dinner organized by us.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, if you need it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a garden with a big jacuzzi with hydromassage and hot/cold water.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is avaible.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Siena and if you want we can reserve it for you before your arrive.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many shops near our villa.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we living in a tipical Tuscany Countryside.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Firenze is 60 Km far, S.Gimignano is 35 Km far, Montepulciano ia 60 Km far, Pisa is 45 Km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Siena is at 3 minutes by car from the villa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze and Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, if you want we can arrange a private shuttle service from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 5 minutes from the villa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena and Florence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a room dedicated to gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we organize a special cooking courses in which you can learn the secrets of italian good cooking and on request we organize a delightful dinner at our Villa.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but you should use the internet point in the property.
