Acquaviva is an old Villa in the centre of Maremma countryside, surrounded by small hills, vineyards and olive plants. The Villa has 8 rooms in the central building and 18 in the depandance. |
 In the centre of the wide park there is the restaurant "La Limonaia di Villa Acquaviva", near the swimming-pool . Moreover, Acquaviva produces a wide range of white and red wine ("Morellino di Scansano" and "Bianco di Pitigliano") together to marmelade, olive oil and honey. |
