  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am.

  The price indicated is per room.

  Yes, it's an Italian Breakfast with homemade cake and biscuits, cottage cheese, ham, cheese, corn flakes, home-made jam and honey.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only 7 rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 2 deluxe double rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, but just in 7 double rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  It's in front of Acquaviva.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there are 3 fitness centers in Montemerano and Manciano.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, just in a special room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
