• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 6pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. For reservation a long period ahead, 50% of the total amount has to be paid as reservation fee. The total amount by check in. For one day visit or for few days reservation made shortly before arrival, it can be paid at the moment of arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Sweden and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no elevator. Ground floor, first floor and second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels are included as well as towels to be used on the swimming pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  This is as the client desires. We prefer not smoking in the house.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are no TV in the rooms, Villa La Collina has a TV room with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Villa La Collina has an external telefhone line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  For the guests of "Villa La Collina" there is a available a nice private pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 2 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The next ones are at 2 km from the castle.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  About 40 km from Florence, about 23 km from Siena and about 70 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Poggibonsi, 2 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, 80 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but can be organized on request of the guests at their own expences. Not very expensive.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Poggibonsi, 2 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi, 2 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Poggibonsi, 2 km.
• Are pets welcome?
  Depends, this question has to be discussed directly with the client.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Wireless highspeed Internet connection is available on payment.
