• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 7pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Weekly price per villa and daily price per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Only for the rooms in Bed & Breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors. Ground and first. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We believe the whole lay-out of the property is quiet romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided and included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in the Villa.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The Villa is old and has walls 0,80 meter of thickness, grat insulation, so is fresh in summer and warm in winter.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool is for exclusive use for the guests of the Villa's Wing (no use of swimming pool for the B&B guests).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes. In Sansepolcro.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a grocery shop in the nearby (300 m).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 120km; Siena 150km; Pisa 200km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sansepolcro 4km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze 100km
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 mt from the Villa. Four trips per day.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Arezzo 40 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, for in the Villa.
