Our stay was wonderful and the accomadation was more than we had hoped for.

It has the most beautiful view possible, it was peaceful and quiet. The accomadation had all that was necessary for our stay. The welcome basket was great to get us started for the week.

We were the only family staying Villa Branca for the week we were there. There was no phone or internet in our room which we found to be unsafe in case of an emergency. Villa Branca should install better communication in there rooms.

We would say that Villa Branca was more remote than we prefered.

The directions were as clear as possible,
given the country roads in Tuscany. We did
not know where to check in upon arrival.We
asked another guest at the pool for
directions - the office is up the hill from
the villa.

We were thoroughly satisfied with the
property; it was extremely clean, spacious,
and even better than pictured on the
website.The staff members were friendly and
helpful, as were the other guests.

Checkout was fast and efficient.We were able
to handle payment the day before we left,
freeing us for an early morning departure.

It may be helpful to specify which photos
apply to which property, ie. we stayed in
Torrione and photos of all of the available
apartments were grouped together so we
couldn't tell which rooms were part of our
unit. The property was extemely well
equipped with all of the amenities
(dishwasher, modern bath w/bidet) and that
information wasn't included on the website -
good selling point! The website is somewhat
confusing as to the number of rooms & baths
that each unit contains.

Tenuta Villa Branca was the perfect property
for a vacation in Tuscany. It was clean,
well equipped and luxurious, providing all
of the amenities while maintaining the
ambiance of the Tuscan countryside. The
views from the patio overlooking the pool
were spectacular!
