I will recommend Villa Bianca to all my friends. The staff was wonderful! They even delivered breakfast to our room at 4:30AM since we had to leave early to the airport. We loved it!!!!

The property exceeded our expectations in many ways. However, having re-read the description on Tuscany.net, it is difficult to see how the description could be more accurate.

Wonderful views from the roof-top balcony. The hotel and grounds are large for just 8 rooms.

A beautiful hotel - very calm, quiet and relaxing. Decor and furnishings are wonderful. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and the food was excellent. Difficult to think how it could be any better.

Villa Bianca is a wonderful property. However, for a property of this size there was a very formal atmosphere. It would be lovely if there was a casual or 'honesty' bar and the opportunity to get snacks / lunches by the pool area. Needs more sunbeds / parasols.

Lovely accommodation. Beautiful room. Shower not bath. Quite formal. Good pool. Good base for touring and dining out.

It was kind of a pig in a poke going strictly by the web site with no personal recommendation from anyone. Fortunately, it could not have been better. It is a great facility in a beautiful and convenient setting. The staff is small but are clearly dedicated to making the guests comfortable.

Our stay at The Villa Bianca was great, our only comments would be to provide more information regarding transport (bus & train times) and an English channel on the TV. Coffee and tea making facility's would be very much appreciated.

We would like to thank Antonia for his help when dealing with our problem with our hire car when we were leaving the Villa Bianca. Also his kindness when we bumped into him at the railway station when we had moved on to our next destination. He is a credit to the Villa Bianca.

Details about arriving by train would be very informative. As we enlighted at Certaldo to find no Taxis or buses and later we realised that Castelfiorentino would have been a better stop.

We arrived early (12:00) due to a early Ryanair flight in to Pisa. Even though we were early, we were allowed to check in, which allowed us to have a little snooze to recover from the journey.

It is one of the best hotels that I've stayed in. The rooms are fantastic, the staff is friendly and goes through great lengths to make you feel at home. The restaurant that is part of the hotel serves very good food.

Breakfast quality and variety quite poor for a 4 stars. 9.30 is quite early for closing breakfast particurlarly in summer time
