• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in time is normally after 2.00 pm (luggage room at guests' disposal for early check in), check-out time is noon.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A full American/English breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival or departure at your choice, usually we do not charge credit card before arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our hotel has 2 floors, and one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet, because in the middle of a park, and very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our rooms have no terraces, all windows face a lime tree garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  One floor is dedicated to non smoking guests.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite colour TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have air conditioning, at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an internet/E-mail point at our reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a swimming pool with jacuzzi area, in the middle of the park, with 24 hour bar service.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking for our guests is available, free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Firenze and Siena you can find all car rental agencies, and in Gambassi Terme and Certaldo there are some private cars for hire.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are many stores in our village Gambassi Terme. A big supermarket in Castelfiorentino,8 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  You can find many farms and wineries all around Gambassi. We can organise wine tasting in wineries and also in our Hotel.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Our hotel is 30 km from Firenze and Siena, 60 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Gambassi Terme is our village, other interesting places in the surrouding are San Gimignano & Volterra.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Amerigo Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we are able to organise a transfer service from airport to hotel, consider that we need to know this requirement in due time.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a SITA line bus stop, to Siena and Firenze, in Gambassi Terme.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castelfiorentino is the nearest railway station, line is Firenze - Empoli - Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  A small Gym in the Hotel, Spa facilities in Gambassi Terme.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, a very nice restaurant with international and traditional specialities called "Gambasinus", Master Chef prepares fish and meat dishes in a magnificient outdoor covered garden.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All rooms have an internet access.
