 The villa has a 15 meter, contoured swimming pool where one can enjoy the beautiful hills of Chianti Classico. The pool is open during the entire rental season. It is 15 mt long, filled with natural salt water and has a negative edge and is tiled in marble. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a gym outfitted with state of the art fitness equipment: a life cycle stationary bicycle, a true treadmill, a concept II rowing machine and Vectra free weights. All the aforementioned facilities are private and thus available for the sole use of the renters. |
 A wine tasting and a tour of the winery and vineyard is available, free of charge, upon request. Also available on request and payable at time of arrangement: maid service, cook service and cooking class, meal prepared by gourmet chef, chauffeur/driver, airport transfer and grocery shopping. |

 Panzano is 3 km north of the property and has all the basic facilities: grocery stores, butcher, green grocer, Sunday market, chemist, cafés, restaurants, post office, bus stop and ATM. Also, Panzano is home to Italy's world renowned butcher, Dario Cecchini. While there is a bus stop in Panzano, this is an area which is not well connected by public transport. As such, a car is highly recommended. There are numerous picturesque villages (Volpaia, Greve, Radda,...) scattered throughout the area as well as a golf course (27km/40 min) north on Via Chiantigiana (S222) in Ugolino and designer outlets in Leccio Reggello (45km/50 min). Florence and Siena are quite easy to reach and it is highly recommended to spend some pleasant moments in the well known Tuscan towns. |
