Accommodations

 The ground floor has three rooms. One enters the large entrance parlor through the front courtyard. To the right is an exercise room. Directly off the parlor is the kitchen/dining room. This was designed for gourmet cooking. It includes a kitchen table accommodating 10, granite kitchen island with 3 stools, 2 sinks for food preparation, bulthaup cabinets, Gaggenau oven and microwave, rossieres gas stove with 2 additional ovens, raised fireplace suitable for grilling and various cooking appliances. Beyond the kitchen and through a doorway is a "work" kitchen equipped with a 48" sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and large sink; to the left of this kitchen, is a laundry nook with washer and dryer and a set of back stairs. |
First landing: off of the parlor are 5 steps which lead to a small landing. On this landing is a large double bedroom (queen/170 bed, which can be made into twins) with a fireplace, desk, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom (shower). This room has its own small private patio.
Second landing: off of the aforementioned landing are 6 steps leading to a large living room. This room is furnished with 4 couches, a satellite TV and DVD player, computer with Internet access (satellite), a bookcase filled with books, a fireplace and a ceiling fan. This room views onto the backyard. |
 Third landing: off of the living room are two sets of 4 steps: the first set leads to a hallway, from which the second bedroom and a private balcony belonging to the fifth bedroom) can be accessed. The second bedroom is a large, double room (queen/170 bed, which can be made into twins). As this bedroom has only one window, it has been outfitted with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. This room views onto the vineyards and main patio area.
The second set of 4 steps leads to small landing from which the third bedroom and a large bathroom can be reached. The third bedroom, the only small bedroom, has two twin beds, a ceiling fan and offers multiple views. The bathroom has both a bath tub and shower and is shared by the second and third bedrooms. |
 Fourth landing: off of the hallway on the third level is another set of 5 steps which lead to the fourth bedroom. This is a spacious, double room (queen/170 bed, which can be made into twins) with a fireplace, couch, desk, ceiling fan, dressing room and en suite bathroom (shower).
The fifth bedroom can be entered either through the previous bedroom or by means of its balcony. This bedroom is a double room (double/155 bed) with a large en suite bathroom (shower). |
