• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7.30pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A delicious Tuscan breakfast is included in your room price but not for the apartments.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartments have small private gardens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, TV sat.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms (with the exception of three, due to artistic and historical obligations) and apartments have air conditioning. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Open from the 15th May to the 30th September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 10 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.

  Yes, a lot.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 35 km. Siena 50 km. Pisa 130 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Loro Ciuffenna and Castelfranco di Sopra (both at 5 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 55 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request and extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Loro Ciuffenna 5 km from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  San Giovanni Valdarno (8 km) or Montevarchi (14 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
