• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French are spoken at the reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One floor without elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Many apartments and rooms have terrace with spectacular wiev! this place is "gourgeous" .
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No balcony but spectacular wiev.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes we have TV in the rooms and apartments, No (satellite TV).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have air conditioning only in two rooms and in one apartment.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes with spectacular wiev!, is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes we have a big Parking place.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence or at Pisa/Florence Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Mercatale Val di Pesa(3km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  About 20 km from Florence, about 30 km from Siena and about 70 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest village Mercatale is about 3km away from the Villa Belvedere.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence "Peretola".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can do it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Mercatale Val di Pesa 3 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence about 20 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes very welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can organise a nice lunch or dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
