Facilities within the Property

 
At our guests' disposal there is a large garden, where you can dine outside. There are also two swimming pools - one (10 x 20 m), with sun panel shower, situated near the Villa and the Barn. The other one (9 x 4 m) is situated near the apartments. Our guests can also use two wall barbecues and a laundry. We provide private parking. Within the property you can also rent mountain bike, car, motorcycle.

The estate is located about 4 km from Certaldo, where guests can find all kinds of shops, 8 km from Poggibonsi, 10 km from Barberino Val d'Elsa, 15 km from San Gimignano, 30 km from Siena and 40 km from Florence.
 
In the lovely town of Certaldo you can also visit many interesting places, such as the Pretorio Palace, the church of SS. Jacopo e Filippo, which have got frescoes and pieces of pottery belonging to XV Century, and Giovanni Boccaccio's House, the well known author of Decameron. Villa Avanella is an excellent starting point to reach all the most famous places in Tuscany.
