• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday.

  For the whole house.

  No.

  No, it is on consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The house has balcony and a garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a tv in the dining room with national channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there isn't air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. It is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The best thing to do is to rent a car at the airport or at the train station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes. Grocery in the village, 500 m Big supermarket in Sinalunga 12 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 110 km far.
  Siena is 45 km far.
  Pisa is 190.
  Arezzo is 45 km far.
  Perugia is 50 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The house is just outside the village of Montisi.
  Pienza is the nearest bigger village, Siena and Arezzo the nearest towns.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence is the nearest airport but Pisa and Rome are the best.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on advanced request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Montisi there a bus stop to Siena once a day. The nearest bus stop with more lines is Sinalunga or Buonconvento.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sinalunga and Buonconvento.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No fitness center, but ayurvedic massages are available.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The nearest restaurant is 500 m from the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
