  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The prices are per room per day.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, breakfast is included in the price. We serve sweet and salted menues with jams and home made cakes.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have two floors. No elevator available.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All linens are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    A courtyard is at disposal for all our guests.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Only one room has a balcony. All other rooms have two large windows each.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Two of our rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have a Satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Air condition is included in the price. It is seasonal, of course.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we have an Internet point available for guests using a wireless system.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, inside the Villa.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Near the railway station in Viareggio.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are some shops at walking distance just outside our structure.
  • How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
    Lucca 24 km; Pisa 25 km; Florence 100 km; Siena 140 km.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Viareggio 7 km; Pietrasanta 8 km; Forte dei Marmi 15 km.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest is Pisa Airport, 25 km away.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, but we supply the service on request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There is a public bus stop at 50 meters in front of the property.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Viareggio 7 km.
  • How far away is the beach?
    Viareggio 7 km.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    The beach is private and public.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, but Gym and public swimming pool are at 50 meters.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but we can cook for our guests on request.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
