• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 9pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room or apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors in our building but we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are, because every room is different from the others with a special atmosphere.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the apartments have a common courtyard, but rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have one room with a small balcony. Apartments do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms/apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room/apartment has a Tv. Some have satellite Tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone in every room/apartment. They all have the direct line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Most of the rooms have air conditioning. There is no additional charge for it. It is not seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are two swimming-pools. They are open from May to October (according to the weather), from 9.00 am to 7.30 pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free parking available nearby the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The closest rental point is in Montevarchi Valdarno, 25 km from here.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the town of Figline Valdarno, 5 km away there are all kinds of shops.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There is one inside the property of La Palagina.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 25 km away, Siena 35 km away, Pisa 119 km away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Figline Valdarno, 5 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  International Florence Airport Amerigo Vespucci, 35 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not, but we can arrange a taxi service from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest public bus-stop is Figline Valdarno.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Figline Valdarno.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but some our rooms have Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is with a typical home-made products.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
