• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 6pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the whole villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Settle at the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak english and italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The villa is on two floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The villa with his private pool and garden is romantic quite and relaxing.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  You will have a big panoramic terrace (150 sq.m.).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The villa is furnished with a satellite tv system.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  On Request.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The kitchen is really big with a table for 8 people instead there is a dining room with a big table for 20 people.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You'll have free internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  12x6m open still the end of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You will have your private garden with the parking inside.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are a lot of car rental around. We will give you informations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  1 km far from the Villa there is a supermarket and around there are some little villa shops selling typical products.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  All around the Villa there are our vineyards (70 ha). We produce Chianti wine and olive oil in our estate.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  twenty minutes from Florence, and thirty from Pisa and the see side. One hour from Siena.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Vinci the place where Leonardo was born is the nearest village. Empoli is really close and Firenze is the nerest town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze and Pisa are both easy to reach in few minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  5 minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Empoli.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. Catering on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
