  Yes, all the apartments have a private courtyard.

  They have all its own private courtyard.

  Yes, all the apartments have a SAT tv.

  No, there is no telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, ther is no air conditioning, because teh buildings are very old and high ceilings. The walls are big so the Apartments inside are very cool in the summer.

  All the apartments have a livingroom with kitchenette and a courtyard with table and chairs to eat outside.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is no Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a beautiful swimming pool open from May to October, weather permitting.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, each apartment has its own parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car directly at the airport wher you arrive or in Certlado town.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, grocery stores and supermarket are at 3.5 km far.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are vineyards nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florenze is 40 km, Siena 50 km, Pisa 73 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Certaldo is at 3.5 kms.
