 A nice swimming pool overlooking the beautiful valleys, 12 mt long x 6mt wide, with steps that enter in and a scale on the deepest part (from 1,40 mt to 1.80 mt deep). Surrounded by grass, there are tables, chairs, laying chairs with mattresses, sun umbrellas, a shower and a rocking available for the guests. There is also a cool veranda where people can relax at the shade. |
 The swimming pool is all enlightened such as all the outside gardens and park of the Villa. If all the guests agreed is possible also to swim by night. There is laundry and ironing room with a properly place to strive clothes. There is also an outside wash. There is a nice brick barbecue in a properly area with all the typical Tuscan herbs available for the guests. The Reception is open everyday to help and suggest guests during their stay. |

 Certaldo is a medieval town at 3,5 km far from Villa Giulia where you can appriciate the museums, the home of the famous writer Giovanni Boccaccio and the old historic village town. There are many nice restaurant where you can appriciate the Tuscan culinary tradition. Here you can find also a supermarket and grocery stores to purchase all the staff you need fo ryour stay. Then at about 18 km there is the unique town of San Gimignano, the town of the 100 towers. It's at the 7th place on the Europe most beautiful places chart. Here there are important musuems, nice gift and leather shops. At about 11 km there is Poggibonsi where the fastway Siena-Firenze pass and where there are many big shops. Villa Giulia is part of the Florentine Chianti, very close to the Chianti Classico area, surrounded by many vineyards wthat you can visit and make wine tasting. At 35 km there is the beautiful village of Monteriggioni, the medieval castle with the town inside; then at about 40 km there is teh etruscan town of Volterra with its anphytheater and etruscna ruines. Villa Giulia is really in the heart of Tuscany, so staying there you can visit all the nicest places at a reasonbale distance! Also teh wonderful Tuscan coast it's at about 80 km ...
