• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included. Different types of cereals, croissants and fresh patries, fruit juices, honey,milk, coffee and cappucinos.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, this is not possible upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors with a terrace on the third floors without lift. The Hotel is a storic palace.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of the rooms are quiet and sound proofed. The color shape is soft and relaxing.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms are panoramic, others have a balcony but all of them have huge bright windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, one of the room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of the rooms are for non smoking only.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all of the rooms, there is a Plasma Tv with satellite antenna.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are direct call phones in all of the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All of the rooms are supplied with their own regulating heating and airconditioning facilities.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is no internet point for the moment but we are working on it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool facility.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are available 3 parking lots inside the hotel garden. There are to be booked in advance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The hotel is working with a truly efficient rental company which is able to satisfy a lot of requests.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  The hotel is closeby the old city center and distant about 65kms from Florence and 130kms from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Peretola Aiport is about 70 kms from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes there is a shuttle service from and to the aiport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The closest bus stop is about at 50 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena railway station is at circa 2 kms.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcome in the hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property but plenty of nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is not yet Wifi connection from the rooms.
