In case of long stays, more than 4 nights, please send us a deposit covering the first night's stay, not refundable,as guarantee. For the remaining nights please refer to our Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION POLICY: - Cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival: NO COST - From 7 to 1 day prior to arrival: Full Charge. - No Show: FULL CHARGE Cancellations have to be made by e-mail and fax only and are accepted after aknowledgment by the hotel desk.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
