• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is. We offer a buffet breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Italian of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors without a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No but the rooms overlook the garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not but the rooms are cold also in summer.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we also organize special dinners in the wine cellars.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a large parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Pisa/Florence airports are the closest.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a supermarket 1 km far from us.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we are surrounded by vineyards!
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 23 kms, Siena is at 55 kms, Pisa is at 46kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Vinci, 3 kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence and Pisa airports are half an hour driving distance far from us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we can provide upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 1 km far from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Empoli is at 6 kms.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but we can recommend many restaurants in the surroundings.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect the modem in the rooms.
