Villa Casanuova is about 3km from Castelnuovo dell'Abate - famous for the romanesque abbey of Sant'Antimo - and 15km from the hill town of Montalcino, home of the much sought, intense red wine - Brunello di Montalcino. From NORTH, Autostrada Firenze-Roma
1. Exit at Valdichiana and follow the road signs towards Montalcino folgen.
2. When you arrive at Montalcino, drive towards Castelnuovo dell'Abate/Abbazia di Sant'Antimo.
3. At Castelnuovo dell'Abate turn left.
4. After about 3 km you will find on the right-hand side a road that you have to follow until "Villa Casanuova".
From SOUTH, Autostrada Firenze-Roma
1. Exit at Chiusi-Chianciano
and follow the road signs towards Montalcino folgen.
2. When you arrive at Montalcino, drive towards Castelnuovo dell'Abate/Abbazia di Sant'Antimo.
3. At Castelnuovo dell'Abate turn left.
4. After about 3 km you will find on the right-hand side a road that you have to follow until "Villa Casanuova". |
